This weblog page is where the NetPlusUltra® CV matrix model brings it all together: by reconciling the requirements of the major classic formats (events indexed in the categories and archives) with the author’s customization needs (keywords of the tag cloud), the matrix model enables to restore the autobiographical integrity of the user’s life path, while at the same time eliminating the risk of biased interpretations resulting from the perceived shortcomings of a CV flawed with gaps for example. Accordingly, a period of unemployment will no longer be considered by default as a profile weakness most likely to represent a threat to the employer, but rather as a « win-win » opportunity for personal development seized by the author, which can only prove beneficial for the parties to a future employment contract or business partnership.
